I joined The Friends of the Wisdom Hospice in December 2011. It is a real change in direction for me as I have been running my own business for over 20 years but felt I needed a new challenge. The opportunity to join the team here at The Friends came at the right time and somewhat out of the blue. There is a great atmosphere in The Friends’ Office and we have an excellent working relationship with all of the staff at The Wisdom Hospice. I hope to use my business skills to the benefit of others by leading the fund raising team here at The Friends and to lead our charity whilst expanding our fundraising capabilities and raising The Friends’ profile into a successful future.
