HOW YOU CAN HELP US

Through the Friends of the Wisdom Hospice you can help us continue the good work that goes on here. There are a number of ways to help from simply having one of our sunflower loose change boxes at home to arranging a charity ball......

In addition to its annual grant to the Medway PCT, Friends of the Wisdom Hospice also funds the hairdressing service at the Hospice and makes substantial contributions to the Marie Curie Nursing Service and Crossroads. In total, our agreed expenditure budget for the 2008/2009 financial year is £702,585.

We need to raise in excess of £1,900 EVERY single day to maintain this level of support.

MOBILITY PRODUCTS - BIG DISCOUNTS

The Friends of The Wisdom Hospice have now joined up with EasyAids.co.uk.

EasyAids supply direct to the customer a range of heavily discounted quality mobility products. The products are offered at savings of up to 50% off typical high street prices. The range includes wheelchairs, walking aids, bathroom aids, household aids, mobility scooters, etc.
How Does This Help The Hospice?
This means that all purchases made through our part of their website, which is www.easyaids.co.uk/fowh will generate a percentage (4%) of sales as a donation for us and also a 1% donation for NAHCF (National Association of Hospice & Community Friends).

The plan has cost us nothing and there is no input on our part except to promote the website and display the promotional material in prominent positions. We do not need to have any customer contact, handle money or stock, so it could not be easier if we tried.
